Return Policy

To ensure the highest hygiene standards for our Little Ones, all products sold on Nuzzlings.sg are on a non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis.

All products are checked for quality before they are sent out to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nuzzlings.sg within 3 working days of receipt. 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange/refund request is accepted, we will follow up with you on next steps. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
